Reads client documents in whatever form they arrive, extracts the figures and submits the filings to the government.

Clients send PDFs, scans, phone photos and email attachments. Every document lands in one intake, whatever its format.

Each document is classified and read. Names, identifiers, amounts and dates come out as structured, typed fields.

Figures are cross-checked against each other. Anything missing or unclear goes back to an accountant instead of being guessed.

The completed filing is submitted to the government system, and the receipt is stored with the client's records.

Outcome

Accountants review and approve instead of retyping, and clients send their documents in whatever way suits them.
